It generally takes some time before search engines crawl the websites and index them in the search results. You can try searching “site:<your-blog-name>.blog.co.in” in Google (without double quotes), to see all the pages listed in Google from your blog.

When you post or create a new page, we notify the popular blog ping services which intern notify all popular search engines in real-time. You may also submit manually to Google or Yahoo etc. however, it doesn’t guarantee the inclusion.

So, the key for getting your blog included in search engines is the content. The more you write, the more search engines like it. Better the content, greater the chances of it showing up in search results for appropriate keywords.

Also, make sure to set the blog visibility under Options -> Privacy from your admin console. 

Do a simple search in Google for Search Engine Optimization  or SEO; you will find plenty of useful articles on the web.
